Private NFT Offering Announcement
Introduction
Gravis Finance successfully closed the Big Bang Round on June 5. During the next month, we did a lot of work: launched the Gswap Exchange on Polygon Network, developed and tested Gmart (NFT trading post), a cross-chain bridge called Planck Hub with our own token, added Japanese and Chinese versions of all our products, prepared smart contracts and pages for Angel and Private Rounds.
We participated in Bitcoin 2021, the biggest blockchain conference of the year that took place in Miami, FL, USA. This event allowed us to meet other fascinating projects in DeFi, make new contacts with partners like Polygon, Chainlink, Near, Myshowcase and others. Also we went into talks with a lot of VCs and funds.
We are ready to move forward and we are announcing the launch of our Private Initial NFT Offering on July 7.
Private NFT Offering General Overview
The Private NFT Offering consists of two parts:
- Angel Round
- Private Round
Angel Round has only one NFT that allows its holder to get 1 000 000 GRVS with a certain unlocking schedule. This round guarantees the best price and unlocking conditions.
The Angel Round has only one NFT with the Price of 100K USDT/BUSD/USDC.
Private Round has three NFT pools called Universe, Galaxy and Star. This round has 8.7M GRVS tokens out of 150M total GRVS supply, which is roughly 6%. Each pool has its own unlocking schedule that can be found on the Private Round page.
The minimum slot for participating in Private Round is 25 000 BUSD/USDT/USDC. And Maximum cap is 200K USDT/USDC/BUSD.
How to get GRVS
- Buy one or more NFT cards from our Rounds.
- Exchange them for frozen GRVS tokens on a special page that will be available a little later.
- Claim unfrozen GRVS tokens from the same page when the time comes. You can see the unfrozen amount on the same page.
How to take part in the Private Round
To participate in the Private Round you need to do the following:
- Please join our official community in Telegram located at https://t.me/gravis_finance and check the last pinned message.
- Subscribe to the Whitelist with your wallet address :https://0tdzy24xaf8.typeform.com/to/XVmEvvXz.
- After successfully subscribing you will receive a confirmation via email.
- After receiving confirmation go to our Private Round page and buy one or more NFTs.
- To see your balance add a custom token to your wallet. The address is 0xbd5e727F2514af4195CA0700b56490a97a0C19f6

Please note that subscribing to the Whitelist does not guarantee you any allocation. Private NFT Offering takes place in a First-In-First-Served manner on Binance Smart Chain network. The Offering concludes after the last card is sold.
